[ Inigo seems to find the suggestion funny more than anything, a smile starting to grow on his face. Small at first, but then slowly growing wider. ]
We should see if we can maybe get some of those hanging pots! I'm pretty sure I saw them on a mission before.. [ Though maybe one from a long time ago, judging by the fact that Inigo doesn't immediately seem able to recall which one. ] That way we'd have more space!
[ And please, as if Inigo wouldn't be the first to move his plants if someone else needed the space, because he's a selfsacrificial idiot-- ]
I'm sure we'll find a solution in this carriage. After all, it's not like I can take over our entire room with plants when my roommate was gracious enough to not let a huge pet take over our room instead. [ He smiles. Look, he can be generous too, bro! ]
[ A smile tugs onto his lips, turning sly with the dip of his brows as a thought occurs. ]
Y'know, that wyvern of yours technically counts as one. And I can't have a giant chocobo? You really are taking over the whole room. [ No wonder why Inigo doesn't want a chocobo! It has nothing to do with their beaky faces at all! ]
I'll have to start pushing back. See what else I can fit in there... [ Not a lot at all. He rests his elbow on his knee, a fist under his chin.
But he can think up some later, if he decides to actually care. For now he rises onto his feet proper, searching where Gibbs is amongst the other plants before looking back at Inigo. ]
You got any washing? Might head to the washers, see if there's anything in the room. 'm bored enough.
I left some stuff in our room. I was going to bring it there once I was done with the plants. [ In other words - if Tidus apparently feels like doing it, then it's appreciated if he'd take along Inigo's stuff as well.
But it's the mention of being bored that has him stopping for a moment after he says that, staring up at Tidus. There's a faint bit of surprise, but also a smile on Inigo's face. ]
Are you that bored though? It isn't like you to volunteer for chores.
[ He glances around, quickly determining that they're the only ones in the carriage and that it doesn't look like there's anyone entering either, and then he raises to his feet in a split second, holding his soil-covered hands behind his back as he leans over to give Tidus a quick kiss.
It's very brief though. Almost playful, teasing, with a slanted smile on his face, a hint of what else they could do - once Inigo is done, anyway. Dirty gardener is not exactly a sexy look, he thinks.
Inigo is already moving back down to sit next to his flowers again in a moment, like nothing ever happened. ]
[ Or so Tidus is mumbling, in that 'you know' way; how everything gets thrown off-kilter, but also not. So it goes for Tidus, never quite knowing how to settle or get back into the groove.
But then there's lips against his, another in his space, near his face; the latter staying longer than the former before they both leave, Inigo tending back to his flowers, a man doing nothing out of the ordinary.
If he's going to do things like that, can't the flowers wait? But it spurs in Tidus a recollection, a subject he's wanted to touch on; and the desire to say something cool and suggestive bumbles around in his throat, the words not quite there.
He takes a few steps in the direction of their room, facing away from Inigo, but lingers there. Hesitating.
Then- ]
When you're done, can you meet me back in our room? There's something I want to talk to you about. --Later, [ he adds quick, looking back. ]
[ There's a curious little sound when Tidus first speaks up. A slight 'hm?' from Inigo as he looks up from the flowers, turning his head to stare over where Tidus has already moved further away from him.
It's immediately followed by the threat of anxiety starting to swell up within him - as it always does, especially when someone says something so.. relatively omnious, no matter how innocent Tidus's intentions behind it might be.
Thank Naga that he adds the last part. Inigo blushes a bit, as if realising the other knows him well enough to know he has to quell any anxiety after saying something like that. ]
.. really nothing bad? [ Inigo says, as if he needs just that tad bit more reassurance. ] You promise?
