Tapping on it, she was able to unknowingly use her item creation skill to make it into a physical item in hand. There is no surprise though, she almost figured something like that would occur. Regardless, a folder with data within it, easily falls into her hands. Rather than read it, though, she turns towards Inigo and hands it over. ]

It had once been taken by Robin Hood, and given to Hakuno in another universe. This time, it's her reset self, sabotaging her own existence - funny how it all comes around. [ Considering that Inigo has no idea what exactly someone's files are, maybe it's for the better that Sakura manages to summon a physical copy of what she's talking about. It makes it a little more clear to the young man what she's getting at. It means.. information, right? In that folder is information about BB. Everything he wanted to know, all the things he couldn't understand - they're all contained in there. If he just took it and read it, he would be able to grasp her so much more whenever he'd talk to her.
